Awaiting news....

So things have been pretty stressful at the Cano house since we are still waiting to hear about the sell of our house. We are waiting on a response to our counter offer and we can't wait to get the news that our house will be sold. This is just one of our stresses as of right now. I am starting to get stressed...ok I've been stressed for awhile about my husband leaving. 38 days and counting.... That becomes pretty stressful when you think about him being gone for about 3 1/2 to 4 months. Luckily I will be living with my parents who will be a great support while he is gone. I am also stressed about moving out of a house that is so big and going to a place where there won't be much space. We have so much stuff. We are trying to sell most of our furniture because we won't be needing two living room sets and a spare bed and my precious piano we have to sell too. There just won't be enough room for all that we have when we move to wherever Luis just stationed. It will be a crazy life that is to come but we feel that it will be good for our family. We will be sad to leave Tooele because we have really grown to love this precious little city. Maybe someday we will return but it probably won't be the same if we do come back. Just a few of the many stresses of our lives right now but things will be ok...just a little crazy for awhile that's all.

Kaitlin...is she accident pron?

So our darling Kaitlin had a bad September. I just wanted all of you to see her darling face before her accidents in Septmeber.

So I was over visiting a neighbor when all of a sudden I heard a scream, but not just any scream. It was one of those screams where you know something really bad happened. So I jumped up and ran out to the backyard where the kids were playing and well Kaitlin was bleeding. She fell down the stairs and she cut open her forehead. At the time I was a little scared but my wonderful neighbor helped me get through the situation and get the bleeding stopped at which point we got her to another friend (the paramedic) and got her all fixed up for the night. The next day we headed to the doctor and ended up with 5 stitches. Here is a not so good picture of her forehead after the stitches were out.
Well about a week and a half later we were sitting in church and Kaitlin was getting pretty rowdy when she just happened to fall off the bench and hit her eyebrow on the leg of the bench. Normally I would just throw her face into my shirt and then leave sacrament meeting but for some reason I felt that I needed to look at her face and I'm glad I did. I said "You've got to be kidding me" and jumped up from the bench and told my friend (the paramedic again) who just happened to be sitting behind me that she cut open her head again. He helped us get the bleeding stopped and we were off to the urgent care to get some more stitches. Well, the one fun thing that came out of both situations is KAITLIN'S TOUGH FACE!!
We love her even with all her scars!! We just hope that this is the end of all her accidents for awhile. I don't think this mom could handle anymore right now!
